  4. TERMS & CONDITIONS Package is offered from 29th September - 31 December 2009. This package valid for STUDENTS and applicable for NEW application only. Applicable for Prepaid Access Line – ITKS & Home Prepaid only (Existing line for Silver Partner & New & Existing line for TM Point). Speed of service is on ‘best effort’ basis. Service is subject to availability and technical testing. Students must present the Student ID and submit the copy of Student ID to sales person. The minimum subscription period is 12 MONTHS. If customers terminate within the minimum subscription period, the remaining balance will be charged and customer is required to return the modem. Modem warranty is 12 MONTHS. 7 days auto account activation is applicable to Streamyx In-a-box package. Free Streamyx Zone ID as long as they subscribed to Student package. Free content will be available starting 5th October 2009 and applicable for 1Mbps package only. Free MU T-shirt only for 1Mbps package. The T-shirt will be courier to customer. The 1st bill received will include one-month subscription fee (from date of service activation), an advance charge of the 2nd month subscription fee. Streamyx & ITKS/Home Prepaid terms & conditions apply.

  15. Student Package Process Flow 3 User needs to login at student package page using the registered username & activation key (PIN Number). User will be prompt to create password for hypptv & hypptunes. While for roseonline, user need to fill up a registration form to create an account. TM Net will provision the data to various subsystems. MCMB 1 MCMB will send contains subscribers information to TM Net via http POST TM Net 2 TM Net will send email to user with registered username & activation key (PIN Number). HyppTV Hypptunes RoseOnline 4 5 Each subsystem will create a user account for each subscriber using streamyx email as username and an agreed default password. RoseOnline will need extra steps as they’re not using email address format as account username. TM Net will send streamyx email and secret key to verify user
