General Agreement in Industry

This proposal emphasizes the necessity for a coordinated effort between government and industry teams to define and implement a general agreement that addresses the integration of Digital Technologies (DT) and Operational Technologies (OT). By recognizing the overlaps between DT and OT, we advocate for a combined approach to minimize development costs. Incremental operational capabilities should be integral to the solution, while maintaining the independence of test organizations. Additionally, involving operational testing during specification translation is crucial to eliminate verification ambiguity.
