QUALITY TEAM ULTRALOGISTIC • YOUR GOAL! • MEET AND KNOW TRANSPORT QUIALITY MANAGEMENT PROCESS IN ULTRALOGISTIK • TASK: • Gathering necessary information/data to conduct the quality claim process; • Pre-assessment of complaints (who is party in fault), first point of contact with complaining sides, corrective/preventive actions indication and/or implementation; • Supervision of outstanding complaints & reoccurring incidents and analyze them (the root-cause) – monthly reporting; • Assistance in building master data to keep all improvement actions on Customer & Carrier side. • WHAT WE OFFER: • 3 MONTHS FULLY PAID PRACTICE • WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • LOGISTIK, ECONOMY OR QUALITY STUDENTS (4-5 YEAR) • DO YOU KNOW ENGLISH WELL? • DO YOU HAVE GOOD COMPUTER & ANALYTIC SKILLS (EXCEL)?
