Grasshopper Control Strategies: Efficacy of Applications in Austin County, 2012

This report presents the findings on grasshopper control strategies using 5 sweeps with two different concentrations (28 DAT oz/A and 42 DAT oz/A) in Austin County, conducted by Philip Shackelford, CEA, and Roy Parker, EE, in 2012. The study evaluates the effectiveness of grasshopper control over time and provides insights into pest management practices that can be adopted by local farmers and land managers for sustainable agricultural productivity.
