BASICS Balancing Alcohol & Other Substance Use To Improve College Success ✔ Talk about your alcohol and/or marijuana use in a nonjudgmental setting. ✔ Set goals toward making small changes at your own pace. ✔ It’s confidential! Schedule a private & confidential BASICS session by emailing basics@ithaca.edu.
