Arlington Elementary – Renovation Work Completed in Last 30 Days: Mock up of exterior wall materials has been completed. Water detention system is in place. Joists have been set in the gymnasium and the slab is scheduled to be poured on 9/16. CMU walls continue in the kitchen. Current Work Effort (September): Demolition is almost complete. The shoring of the existing structure is in place and reconstruction of the bearing wall between existing and new construction has begun. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing work continues on site and in the existing building. Foundations continue at the main entry and in the media center. September 2009
