Greenville County ARES: Emergency Communications for Our Community

The Greenville County ARES is a dedicated group of licensed amateur radio operators providing essential communication services to local agencies during crises. Under the leadership of an appointed Emergency Coordinator, our primary mission is to support primary agencies like Greenville County Emergency Management and the American Red Cross with backup communications when regular channels fail. We also engage in non-emergency communications as needed. Join us to enhance our capabilities by volunteering with a Technician or higher amateur radio license.
