Methodology of course • Three types of sessions • Presentation by lecturer (with Q&A) • Brainstorming/ structured discussions (preparation required) • Breakout sessions with taskings (including one case study) and reporting • Focus of techniques for ministry officials: • Policy making, Regulatory Impact assessment, Competitiveness test, Legislative Drafting • Background reading supplied for more in-depth personal study • Extensive use of IT C.H.
