  3. Exercise Objectives for LEPC exercises • Optional Initial Notification of Response Agencies Emergency Public Information Traffic & Access Control • Required Emergency Operations Centers Resource Management Communications

Exercise Design Team Objectives • Integrate the LEPC exercise for 16 counties into the state exercise of a major winter storm & utility failure • Develop local & state EOC interface capabilities • Cross train local program Directors in the Field Liaison desk to supplement the State EOC during long term response operations • Demonstrate the effective use of “Live to Meeting” capabilities for planning meetings • Demonstrate the effective use of “Live to Meeting” for facilitator training as a tool for short program training and education capability
