Major Decisions To Date • AHCCCS intends to contract with one statewide Contractor – pending CMS approval(See Waiver Amendment Request on AHCCCS website at: http://www.azahcccs.gov/reporting/Downloads/Integration/CRS_WaiverProposal_4-18-12.pdf) • CRS children will have option to remain enrolled with Integrated CRS Contractor after 21st birthday • AHCCCS will be responsible for medical determinations for CRS eligibility
Major Decisions To Date • Preserve the MSIC model • Expand provider network to deliver services throughout local communities • AHCCCS will seek statutory amendment to allow contract term of 5 years from current 4 • AHCCCS will promulgate Rule revision
Timeline(Subject to Change) • September 2011: Commence stakeholder engagement • April 2012: Submit Waiver Amendment Request • November 2012: Release Acute Care RFP incorporating CRS Integrated Model • January 2013: Proposals Due • March 2013: Announce contract award • October 2013: Implement fully integrated CRS model
