Rodmap to EGI transition COD-22, January, FR, Jan 26th 2010 BENELUX/PL : C-COD issues and operations overview NDGF : Best practices /Training/ Wikis and Operations procedures update FR : Operations portal; central and regional dashboard Merge of pole1/pole2 meetings every 2 weeks Mails should be sent to: project-eu-egee-sa1-cod-pole1-rcod@cern.ch project-eu-egee-sa1-cod-pole2-proc@cern.ch To provide a strategy document and the needs of the activities: 1- compare OE-5 and OE-13 tasks with the COD task analysis done by pole1? 2- fill-up the document « Where are we going with the COD activity » by SARA 3- provide the following : Contact points – mailing lists, collaborative tools - wikis Meetings definition ( e.g what will a Forum be and who is involved) Define interfaces between each partner and with the project Organize next F2F meeting’s agenda as main organizer Build check-list to be done by May 1rst.

The conveners are in charge to make progress in the - intra poles - parallel sessions and wrap-up of issues/ concerns/ solutions on Wednesday moring.
