Objectives Provide update on development of environmental investments in SEE since June 2008: main policy developments, reform efforts and financed projects Get update from EC on new developments on environmental financing including IPA III and project preparation facilities Present developments in several countries and convey good practices and difficulties: Albania, Croatia and Turkey Discuss the transition to RENA: best way to tailor the instrument
