Adopt-A-Street Release Notes • Don’t use the outdated CofC logo • Include College of Charleston in headline & lead • Make letterhead bigger, stand out more • Check tense- cleanup hasn’t happened yet • When a verb, “clean up” is two words • When a noun/adjective is one: “cleanup” • Name all 15 streets- don’t downplay impressive numbers and facts • Why say it will be a “basic” cleanup? • Remove hyperlink from email/web addresses
