  1. The Name field is the folder name that displays inside Tridion only. Name this something beginning with a number, like “10 For Workers Facing a Layoff.” Use only double digit numbers in multiples of 10 (ie. 10, 20, 30, 40, 50). The Directory field will display in the URL for all webpages in this section. Name it something short and succinct (like “layoffs” for the section “For Workers Facing a Layoff”). Do not use spaces or uppercase letters in this field. For the Metadata Schema, always select “Structure Group Metadata Schema” if you’re creating a pink Structure Group folder. What you enter in the Display Title field will show in the website’s top AND left navigation menus. Use full phrases with proper capitalization, ie. “For Workers Facing a Layoff.” NO acronyms! Set this field to True, if it is not already.
