  1. Global Client Training Presentation Recovery Management Database System (RMDS)

  2. Purposes of the RMDS • To improve the quality of service that a Lender receives from its outside recovery companies (ORCs). • To facilitate a real-time flow of data between Lenders and ORCs. • To facilitate real-time communication between Lenders and ORCs. • To increase recovery rates and decrease recovery time. • To provide Lenders with better management oversight of the recovery process and the ORCs providing such services.

  3. Functionality of the RMDS • Assign accounts directly to a Lender approved ORC and it is immediately available in the ORC’s database for acceptance and immediate assignment to a driver. • Immediately notifies the ORC that a new account is pending acceptance. • Immediate notification to Lender that the ORC has either accepted or declined a new account. • View all updates posted by the ORC in the database. • Update the ORC with new information and the system simultaneously updates the driver assigned to the account. (Ex. New address, Close/Hold Account, etc.)

  4. Functionality of the RMDS Cont’d • Automatic notification of a successful Recovery and the ability to immediately view recovery information. • View C/Rs, Invoices, and Pictures of collateral. • Sort data in multiple formats.

  5. To Log on to theLender Global Client Access Point http://www.recoverydatabase.net/

  6. Select Lending Institution Login

  7. Enter Username, Password, and ID Code (See Your Vendor Manager or Other Internally Designated RDN Representative)

  8. RMDS Main Menu Page Click at any time to return to this Main Menu Page

  9. Quick Search Mechanisms Search By Last Name Search by Lender Acct. Number Search by RRSP Acct. Number Search By Last Six of the VIN

  10. How to Assign an Account to an RRSP Click to Add a New Case and Assign to a RRSP

  11. Zip Code Lookup & VIN Decoder Enter Zip Code & VIN

  12. Outside Agency Selection Choose Outside Agency and Click Continue

  13. Enter Case Information Information Pre-Populates Based On Previous Data Entered or We Can Create an Import for the Entire Lender Order and Eliminate Data Entry Completely

  14. Orders Pending RRSP Acceptance Orders that are Pending RRSP Acceptance

  15. Orders Declined by an RRSP Order(s) that were not Accepted by the RRSP

  16. My Orders Open with all RRSPs Your Orders that are Open With all RRSPs
