Duties of the Quality linkman • To assist group and section leaders in the implementation of the ST quality manual procedures • To watch over and verify their application • To report inside the QWG possible problems found inside the groups • To propose modifications, adaptations, improvements to the manual • To present propositions, suggestions, by your own or as linkman of your group

  3. Work planning • Implementation and follow up of the projects procedure in the division • Implementation and follow up of the LHC qap for studies, and works relatives to LHC • Continuation of the "Documentation group" • Implementation and follow up of the MS and IT procedure • Implementation and follow up of the “secretariat” procedures

  4. Work planning • Implementation and follow up of the “contract” procedures • Status report at the end of the semester • Any other work that could be consider suitable
