  7. Lisa Kudrowas Phoebe Buffay • An eccentric masseuse and musician. Her claims to fame include her guitar playing in Central Perk and her elaborate, improbable stories about her previous lives. • Phoebe was known during the series as the eccentric but street-smart friend.

  9. Matt LeBlancas Joey Tribbiani • Joey is known for his simple-mindedness, trouble with understanding negative criticism of his acting, and love of food. He particularly loves meatball sub sandwiches.

He’s also a paleontologist working at a museum of Prehistoric History and later a professor of paleontology at New York University. • The character of Ross was written with David Schwimmer in mind.

  15. Central Perk • A fictitious coffee shop in New York City's Greenwich Village. It was one of the focal points of the Friends. It was one of the show's main sets in which the six main characters spent much of their free time conversing.
