2. Click on button to proceed for bid preparation.

3. Accept Terms and conditions.

4. Download Notice document. Download eRFQ Documents Uploaded By Department User.

5. Click on UPLOAD button ,select document from computer and click on open button.

6. Click on Upload From Briefcase ,Select Document from briefcase and click on UPLOAD DOCUMENT button.

7. Documents can view and remove from here.

8. Click on Place bid button .

9. Clicking On Place bid button, form gets opened. Add Information as required .

10. After Adding Data in Form click on save bid button.

11. Click on CHECK YOUR BID button to check bid form status.

12. If Status shown all from completed then click on COMPLETE TASK button.

13. Click on OK button .

14. Click on proceed button if user wants to rework.

15. Click on check task button to view completed task and print bid preparation receipt.

16. Click on Print Button to print receipt.
