Have an hour? We’ve all been there. Sitting in your room, with seemingly nothing to do. Netflix still exists. But so does the real world.
Quiet. Relaxing. Walk through the forest! So many trails. Referred to as ‘forest bathing’ short, leisurely visits to the forest promote relaxation and reduce stress Invite a friend. Start in F-lot, go to the beach. Go somewhere new. Enter by the bus-loop, head to the shrine. Fill your bottle with spring water.
Go to the library. Pleasure read. Has the only reading you’ve done been for class? Self motivated reading is fulfilling.
Call your family. I mean it!
Visit a friend on campus Do you only see some people in the Greenery? Go say hi. Challenge yourself to see as many of your friends’ spaces as you can by the end of the school year.
