  6. A Good Procedure is -- • Like a recipe • A reasonably skilled employee can follow the procedure and produce the desired outcome.

  7. A Good Procedure describes -- • Purpose (But) • Scope (Etendue) • Responsible parties (Responsabilités) • Describes the equipment, materials and supplies needed • The step-by step instructions (Procédure) • Result interpretation and actions needed • References
