Building The Skywalker: Lessons in Teamwork and Structural Integrity

The Skywalker project showcased our teamwork and engineering skills as we designed a sturdy tower composed of 46 rooms and 55 levels. Despite failing our first earthquake test, we succeeded in the wind test, proving our design's resilience. Our efforts emphasized the importance of collaboration and learning from our mistakes. We realized that a strong foundation is essential for stability, and adding more clay helped improve our structure. Ultimately, this experience taught us valuable lessons about teamwork and the significance of structural integrity in engineering.

  4. The Skywalker • It is sturdy and takes up less space. • The Skywalker is very sturdy , it is totally wind proof. • It is very safe. • It has 46 rooms and 55 levels.

  6. Tower Name – Design 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 To pass the earthquake and but made the other We failed on our first test but made the other two. What we did right was the wind test. We did the earthquake test wrong can improve by adding so we more clay to stick to the bottom. I learned that you need a very sturdy structure. I learned that structures are important. I learned that if your in a team you get it done.

  8. What we all learned together • We learned that thinking together and working together is very important.
