  3. The Partial Test ban Treaty • Signed in 1963. • Banned all above ground and underwater nuclear tests. • Signed by President John F. Kennedy. • Was signed to prevent radiation from spreading to the atmosphere

  4. Nuclear Tests are Illegal • My law supports the banning of these tests. • Any continued tests will be punished with force • Necessary tests must be approved by Congress and the Presidenth
