  7. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS Graded from A – E Some subjects require a minimum standard of C Determined through the processes of Assessment, Quality Assurance and Moderation A continuum of progress

  8. The new SACE Consultation/Recent Information Moderation how it will be done TER how it will be calculated (ATAR) VET how it will contribute to SACE completion National (Australian) Curriculum how it parallels the SACE

  9. The new SACE National ( Australian) Curriculum • Trials to begin in 2011 • Some subjects compulsory up to and including Year 10 • SACE Board has jurisdiction • Parallels to the SACE

  10. The new SACE Key point to remember: Years 11 and 12 reflect the certification end of an education process that reflects these teaching methods from primary school level. When this is in place then the process will be complete.
