Learning Design Bringing together the ‘what’ and the ‘how’ of quality teaching and learning to connect the curriculum with our kids The Australian Curriculum in this model provides the frame of reference for what we want our students to learn and the SA TfEL provides the learning principles that inform how we design quality learning.

Learning Design involves: thinking deeply about the intended learningfor students as well as recognisingwhat they already bring doing this thinking together finding ways to connect the curriculum with the learners designing learning experiences that are rich in assessment processes which inform the teachingand students’ progress.
