Other Revenue Sources distributed based on: 1) Direct Basis – Chapter 70 to Schools, Water Receipts to Water Dept., etc. 2) Indirect Basis – Motor Vehicle Excise Taxes, Lottery Aid, etc. These revenue sources are allocated based on % of Total Department Expenses Health Insurance costs were allocated back to Departments based on the actual $$$$ incurred.
