Follow these steps to sign up for Parchment and send your transcripts easily. Start by visiting Go.to.Parchment.com and clicking "Sign Up." If you have a Registration Code, select the option for it; otherwise, proceed on the page. Enter your official name, and select your high school by city if it doesn't appear right away. If you're under 18, your parent/guardian must e-sign; otherwise, sign it yourself. Finally, select your transcript destinations and click "Send Latest Transcript" to complete the process.

Use your official first and last name. 3 Typically, same as Graduation Year. Select ‘No’. Only colleges you select will receive your transcript. Check both boxes.
4 Click “Add Your High School”
5 TIP: If your high school doesn’t appear at first, search just the city and state. That will expand your search and bring up a list of schools to choose from.
6 If you’ve never changed your name, you don’t need to fill out the ‘Name’ fields. If you “waive your right to access”, you’re agreeing that you don’t need to review every document sent through Parchment (recommended).
7 If UNDER 18, your parent/guardian e-signs and types their name below. If OVER 18, e-sign and type YOUR name. If you would like to view an ‘Unofficial’ copy of your transcript, one can be stored in your Parchment account. Not necessary.
8 Now you’re ready to select transcript destinations. Select “Send Latest Transcript”
