This document outlines a meeting plan for a half-course assessment of the "Accueil des Admissibles" project, where candidates are welcomed for their oral tests. Using the T.O.P. method, the meeting aims to identify and address malfunctions encountered during the welcoming process, such as problems with transportation and communication. The session will include problem explanation, a collaborative discussion for solutions, and scheduling responsibilities for corrective actions. The goal is to ensure all issues are resolved and assign task leaders before concluding with a coffee break.
