  3. INGREDIENTS: • 1 carbassa • 1 ceba mitjana • 1 patata grossa • 2 pastanagues • Formatge ratllat

  4. Verdures • Pelem la carbassa i la tallem a daus i fem el mateix amb la patata. la ceba i les pastanagues les tallem per la meitat.

  5. Al foc • Aboquem les verdures a una olla i posem aigua fins a cobrir-les. Ho posem al foc i ho fem bullir fins que la carbassa estigui tova. • /

  6. Aigua • Treiem la meitat de l'aigua i la reservem.

  7. Batedora • Passem tot el que queda dins l'olla per la batedora fins que quedi una crema. Si és massa espessa hi afegim l'aigua que hem reservat.

  8. Al plat.. i a disfrutar!!! Bon profit • Servim al plat I hi posem una mica de formatge ratllat per sobre.
