Windchill Product Analytics Focus On Customer Business Environment • Describe you company and role • Motorola Mobility provides technologies, products, and services for mobile and wire line digital communication, information, and entertainment applications. Our mobile device portfolio includes smart phones on the Android operating system, feature phones, voice-centric phones, media tablet devices, and wireless accessories. Our integrated products and platforms deliver multimedia content, including video, voice, messaging, and cloud-based and Internet-based applications and services to multiple screens, such as mobile devices, televisions, media tablets, and personal computers. Windchill Product Analytics Focus On Data Acquisition • Describe your company’s data acquisition strategy • Material Declarations are requested from WPA and sent directly to Suppliers (at the Part Level) • Suppliers create a 1752 IPC file using custom Motorola Mobility Utilities • Suppliers send their Material Declarations directly to a mailbox accessed by WPA (no third party involvement) • Do you perceive value using third party providers? What other data providers have you evaluated but not selected? Which providers have proven successful for your company? • Motorola has developed a successful internal process as described above for requesting and obtaining supplier data which does not involve third party providers. • How and where do you store most of your environmental data? • We are currently using WPA 10.0, patch level M010, and went live 12/5/11 • We are in the process of upgrading to 10.1 with Conflict Mineral Spec Property of Motorola Mobility – Do Not Redistribute
