Applications for a secondment opportunity will be considered, subject to host employer consent) A superb opportunity for a visionary leader to deliver sustainable urban regeneration, delivering a legacy of community inspiration and pride for Inverclyde. As the Chief Executive, you will unlock development opportunities and lead a team of diverse professionals to achieve the challenging outcomes identified in our Single Operating Plan 2014-17 (jointly developed with Inverclyde Council and Scottish Enterprise); ensure that the strategic aims and plans of Riverside Inverclyde are in place; and support the Board in determining Riverside Inverclyde’s overall strategic objectives and priorities. You will have a key role in securing excellent value for money, complex property joint ventures with the private sector for Riverside Inverclyde. Candidates should therefore identify their relevant skills, experience and successes to demonstrate this capability. Riverside Inverclyde is one of Scotland’s pathfinder urban regeneration companies, is limited by guarantee and is a registered charity. Funding is provided by the Scottish Government and Inverclyde Council, with on-going support from Scottish Enterprise.
