  2. 1. 개 요-. 신규 개발품인 R-eng BSM 2 stage valve 사양에 대해 공정 및 투자비를 검토함.2. 검토 대상-. 고객 요구 수량 : 20 만대-. 완료 시점 : 2013년 7월-. 검토 범위 : R-eng 2 stage valve BSM 양산 공정(게이지, 파렛류 제외)현 R-eng BSM DM 사양 양산 라인에 동시 적용함을 전제로 공정 및 투자비 검토함.3. 검토 내용1) CAPA 검토-. R-eng 2 stage valve BSM 적용시 가공 라인 일 174 EA CAPA 부족 예상. (현 Neck C/T 75.6 sec → 110 sec로 약 34.4 sec 증가) -. 조립 라인 CAPA 문제 없음.

  3. 2) 공정 및 투자비 검토-. 가공 MCT(M16공정) 내 추가 가공부 발생. (C/T 증가) -. Oil 릴리프 홀 추가로 인하여 EDM 공정 필요. -. 조립 라인 2 stage valve 조립 공정 및 일부 공정 개조 필요. -. Oil Pump 성능 검사 및 NVH 검사 공정 Test Mode 추가 및 일부 개조 필요. 2
