The National Early Childhood Development (ECD) Stakeholder Meeting held on April 19, 2012, in Kigali brought together key education development partners including DFID and UNICEF. The meeting aimed to enhance the coordination among various stakeholders such as Rwandan NGOs, the MINEDUC, and Technical Working Groups.
