  2. Datos clínicos • Paciente femenino de 7 meses de edad. Desde el nacimiento presenta palidez e icteria. • Biometria hemática: Eritrocitos= 3.5x106/µL Leucocitos= 9.1x103/µL Hemoglobina= 10.5 g/dL Plaq.= 390x103/µL VGM= 72.1 fL Reticulocitos= 15% HGM= 27 pg Coombs negativo CMHG= 36g/dL

  4. CUESTIONARIO • En el frotis se encuentran las siguientes células: • Poiquilocitos. • Esferocitos. • Eliptocitos. • Células pinzadas. • b y d son correctas.
