  2. Cyber stalking is harassing people by threatening, monitoring, stealing someone’s identity theft, etc.

  3. Cyber stalkers find their victims through social networking sites, message boards, chat rooms, and through electronic mail. • If a stalker gets personal information they might try to take it from the internet to the real world.

  4. Facts about Cyber Stalking • Majority cases are men cyber stalking women. • In many cases, the victim and the stalker had a prior relationship. • Cyber stalking under 18 is a federal crime.

  5. “Over 20,000 cases of cyber stalking are being reported each year.” • At an estimation there are as many as 500,000 online victims each year.

  6. “Kacie Rene Woody was thirteen when she met an on-line predator from California in an Internet chat room.”

  7. One month after them meeting on the internet David Fuller kidnapped Woody from her home.

  8. Fuller committed suicide before he could be arrested and Kacie was sexually assaulted, she was dead from a gunshot wound.

  10. Cyber Stalking is an easy and cheap way to locate women who has moved away or hid from their abuser.
