Stato CSA07 (e Physics Analysis notes) Le attivita’ di “CSA07” e “Physics Analysis Notes” sono inizialmente distinte Le Physics Analysis note (deadline primo DRAF il 18 Ottobre) saranno basate inizialmente sui dati “Spring07” (RECO con CMSSW_1_3_1) vi sara’ quindi un upgrade con i dati “Summer07” (RECO con CMSSW_1_5_2) l’utilizzo dei dati prodotti con la CSA07 e’ ancora da valutare. La CSA07 utilizzera’ dataset GEN-SIM di tipo CMSSW_1_4_X (X>3) I RECO e le informazioni HLT verrano ricostruiti con CMSSW_1_6_3 L’inizio della ricostruzione (pre-CSA07) e’ previsto per Lunedi 1 Ottobre • Production release CMSSW_1_6_3 is available • Forum:Software Release AnnouncementsDate: Sep 27, 14:15

La CSA07 prevede il processamento di due gruppi di dataset • CSA07 Cocktail ~ 100 M di eventi di “fondi” • Min bias (20 Mevt) QCD jets (25 Mevt) • photon+jets (5 Mevt) Drell-Yan and Onia (10 Mevt) • Electrons/muons enrich. (mostly from b-decays) (20 Mevt) • W/Z (plus jets) (20 Mevt) Top (1 Mevt) • 2) CSA07 Signal ~ 100 M di eventi di segnali e “fondi” • H->ZZ, H->WW, qqH, VVH , H->2g , SUSY, Z’, altri EWK • Ogni gruppo verrà suddiviso in 7 Primary Dataset (raggruppamenti di stream HLT): • Electron, Muon, Tau, bJet, JetMET, Photon, JetMETCa News 27-9-2007 Due to limitations in our ability to combine Pythia and Alpgen data and Pythia and Filtered Pythia data we will make three soups. These three soups will be Alpgen, Pythia, and Unfiltered Pythia. We will start with the Alpgen soup.
