PROCESS flow • Nomination of Zonal Nodal Officers (ZNOs) • Nomination of Divisional Nodal Officers (DNOs) by ZNOs • Nomination of Census Team Leads (CTL) by respective DNOs • Familiarization of Wagon Census Guidelines and User Guide for Census Application • Railway Board Instructions & User Guide shall be available on FOIS Website and Census Application • Mock Drill for Census • Final Wagon Census

USING CENSUS APPLICATION • FOIS shall host the Wagon Census Application on FOISNET and Public Network through it Web Portal and shall be accessible from 08/10/2018 for Mock Drill • FOIS NET (http://10.60.200.54:50014/) • INTERNET (www.fois.indianrail.gov.in) • Login Credentials for each CTL for each Zone shall be circulated to ZNOs through Railway Board. • Each CTL should access the Census Application and change the default password for security.

USING CENSUS APPLICATIONGeneration & PRINTING of tally sheets Generation and Printing of Tally Sheets • Each CTL shall be authorized to print requisite number of Tally Sheets through the System • Tally sheets shall be numbered and auto generated • ZZZZ-DDDD-CTL-TALLYSHEET NUMBER (NR-DLI-001-01) • Tally sheets shall be downloaded as .pdf files on local machine of CTLs • Option shall be available for re-generation of Tally Sheets • In case the downloaded file is not available • CTLs to keep record of Tally Sheets and distribute to concerned as per requirement

USING CENSUS APPLICATIONCENSUS REPORTS Wagon Census Data Reports • During Data Update and Post completion of census activity, users shall have option to view progress and data reported in the Application. • Analysis of complete data shall be available to all users parallelly • Macro level from Zonal progress to divisional and upto individual CTL shall be available instantaneously.
