This workshop explores the process of change and its impact on individuals and communities. Participants will learn strategies to embrace change and use it to accomplish their system change goals. Key elements of change, stages of systemic change, and strategies for successful change will be discussed. Necessary skills for thriving with change will also be emphasized.

Strategies for Successful Change • Develop a common language and conceptual picture of the processes and goals of change among diverse stakeholders • Develop a strategic plan for moving forward on systemic change • Develop an ongoing assessment process to support and encourage deep, quality change • Involve all stakeholders in every aspect of the change process.
