Report Format A full report write up is required using a format of your choosing i.e. Word, PowerPoint etc… • TITLE – What are we doing? • AIM – What are you hoping to achieve? • MATERIALS & METHOD – A diagram would be nice here • RESULTS – Photos or diagrams of the full heart anatomy is needed. • DISCUSSION – Answer the discussion questions • CONCLUSIONS – A summary of your findings This report is due for submission NO LATER than Wednesday the 18th of September
