  3. Survey Usage • Where are they? • Intended to familiarize/re-familiarize agency heads with QA. • Statewide Standard • Improve Data Quality • Reduce Errors and Re-work • Maintain FMS Project Schedule • Why? • Project Integrity • State Growth • Business Practices • Future Projects

  4. Statistics • Sent to: • 23 Interfacing Agencies/Regents • 7 Non Interfacing Agencies/Regents • Responses: • 16 from Interfacing Agencies/Regents • 3 from Non Interfacing Agencies/Regents • Test Script Samples (Asked everyone to mail/email) • 2 (Secretary of State, SRS)

Who Responded? • On Time - Aging, Commerce, Corporation Commission, Health & Environment, Health Policy Authority, Insurance, KPERS, Labor, Secretary of State, SRS, KDOT, KU MED, PSU, WSU • Late - Juvenile Justice Authority, Treasurer, Wildlife & Parks, FHSU, KU • Never - Adjutant General, Education, Lottery, Revenue, ESU • Problems Submitting - KSU • Informed Us They Couldn’t - KCI

  6. Quality of Responses • Brief but to the point • Could tell which agencies had a good idea/confidence level about their agency’s QA by their responses. • Gave us an idea of what they’re working with. • Responses gave good starting point for future QA discussions.
