  1. Create a Contour Hill Task 1: Create a contour hill. Using the outline provided in your lesson and corrugated cardboard create a hill using cardboard to show height on a map. Start by collecting plenty of corrugated cardboard boxes. Then start by cutting out your first contour line. Draw around your paper template onto your cardboard. Mark the height of this contour on your cardboard sheet. Continue drawing and cutting until you have a cardboard shape to match every contour line on your plan. Cut out all the cardboard and assemble your hill. You then need to cover your hill in papier-mâché. Allow it to dry and then paint the features of your hill. Good luck!
