  3. Limits Real estate is less liquid than stocks because it’s complicated to sell First you must put the property on the market, then wait for a buyer and negotiate the price, and finally sign a contract
  4. What kind of investor would use this fund? A slightly aggressive investor would most likely use this fund because there are some higher risks involved in real estate investments.

Money and Economic climate Ways of generating money: Purchase properties to rehabilitate/remodel and resell for a profit Purchase properties and use them as rental spaces to create income Invest in commercial properties A good economic climate for real estate investments is when people are buying houses and prices are affordable.
