Idaho!. By Rebecca Help by Joshua. Land/Animals!. The land down in Idaho is sort of bumpy, because of the Rocky Mountains. Bumpy or not, its still beautiful! Idaho has lots of rivers, like the Clearwater River, near Idaho’s peak.

  2. Land/Animals! • The land down in Idaho is sort of bumpy, because of the Rocky Mountains. • Bumpy or not, its still beautiful! Idaho has lots of rivers, like the Clearwater River, near Idaho’s peak. • Idaho's animals include; a bighorn sheep, a gray wolf, a mountain sheep, and much, much more!

  3. Jobs/Economy • Jobs in Idaho are quite impressive (to me at least). Services in Idaho are in the lead with 58% of the population. • Government has 15% of its population. I wonder why its so low…. • Mining has 1%. Wow. I would think that Idaho is called “the gem state”, not the non-mining state! • And the (almost) last one is Architecture, Which is 7%.

  4. Water Forms/ Natural Resources There are alot of rivers in Idaho! These include: • The Snake River • The Dworshak River • Big Lost • And St. Joe!

  5. Climate • Idaho’s climate is warm, almost like spring in the summer! It gets up to 67 degrees there! • January, however, is cold. It gets down to 23 degrees there. Brrr! • it can snow up to 30 feet in the winter! but all together, its 60 in. in a year!

  6. Famous Idahoans! • William E. Borah, a senator. • Gutzon Borglum, a famous sculptor. One of his memorable pieces is Mount Rushmore! • Ezra Taft Benson, a senator just like William! • Gracie Bowers Pfost, a Representative. • Jack Simplot, he invented the frozen French fry!

  7. Interesting Facts! • Idaho has it’s own Niagara Falls! Its called Idaho Falls! • The state insect is the Monarch butterfly! • The state bird is the Mountain bluebird! • Here is the state flag!

  8. About The Author Hia! I’m Rebecca Furtado, and I LOVE to ice skate! I live in Hopedale, Massachusetts, and I worked really hard on this slide! I found out that Idaho is a very interesting state! I am an only child, and I'm quite glad of that (judging by what my classmates and friends say). I absolutely LOVE Reading, and math! I’m also a freak about video games! I hope you have a good day!
