  2. About Us M/s Divakar Vijaysarathy & Associates was formed to provide comprehensive and inclusive solutions to diverse client requirements. The firm offers multifarious solutions spanning across conventional solutions like audits, taxation to contemporary consultancy including financial due diligence, risk underwriting, formation of STPI, corporate debt syndication etc. The firm has a network of over 20 chartered accountancy firms and delivers services across South India in over 30 locations.   3. Core Team • C.A. Divakar Vijayasarathy – B Com A.C.A : The founder of the firm, entered in to practice after successful employment stints in few of the most reputed corporates. His areas of specialization predominantly revolves around Direct and International Taxation and Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). Apart from Indian taxation, he specialises in structuring both inbound and outbound investments with specific focus to African markets. He has presented over 50 seminars on various topics pertaining to direct and internal taxation at various branches of ICAI, Chambers of Commerce and other professional Institutions. He was part of the study group constituted by the SIRC of ICAI for making recommendations on the Direct Taxes Code. He is nominated as a resource expert by the Committee on International Taxation of ICAI for various research and academic initiatives of the committee. He is also a faculty of the ICAI on the subject “Direct Taxes” and is a visiting faculty for a number of professional institutions on the subject.   4. Core Team • Mrs Kavitha Divakar – B.S.L L.L.B, D.T.L • An alumni of ILS Pune, with extensive experience in handling complex agreements, due diligence and service tax transactions. She heads our legal team and is actively involved in various research initiatives of the organisation. Her areas of specialization include share purchase agreements, structuring joint venture transactions, mergers and demergers. • Santhosh Srinivasan – B Com, ACA, AICWA, ACS • Santhosh Srinivasan, is one of the successful alumni of the firm. A rank holder professional, Santhosh heads the firm’s multi dimensional professional practice at Bangalore. His areas of specialization include Transfer Pricing, Accounting and Statutory audits. Nalinikanth heads the firm’s research initiative and has a team of dynamic trainees • Sundarrajan Krishnamachari • Sundar heads the firm’s risk management pratice across all South India. He possesses indepth understanding of the financial and credit markets and has over 4 years of hands on experience in lending and risk management. Sundar is currently based out of Vijayawada.
