This document provides step-by-step instructions on how to access and complete the business assessment using an embedded Excel file. To open the file, right-click on the object, hover over "Worksheet.Object," and select 'Open'. You'll fill out the assessment by placing an ‘x’ in the appropriate boxes corresponding to each question. Navigate through four categories, then review your results in the matrix tab, and check the ‘Results Summary’ for your score. Finally, consult the ‘Action List’ for specific recommendations aimed at improving your performance and contributing to your Tactical Implementation Plan.

Instructions • Place an ‘x’ in the most appropriate box next to each question • Once you have placed ONE ‘x’ in a box next to each question, click the next category tab at the bottom of the screen to move on to the next set of questions • Once you have completed all four sets of questions, click on the matrix tab to see how you fared against Red, Amber, Green status • Next click the ‘Results Summary’ tab to get your score. This can be plotted periodically to give you an indication of how well you are progressing • Finally click on the ‘Action List’ tab to give you some specific recommendations of actions you need to undertake in order to improve. These will form part of your Tactical Implementation Plan when you come to do this.
