  4. How many ethnic groups/tribes do you have in you’re country? • In my country we don’t have ethnic groups or tribes. But, maybe, have, but this very small groups and they don’t famous, so for this question I can’t answer you.

What is the traditional food of you’re country? • Borsch • Dumplings • Cold boiled pork • Kapustnyak • Kruchenyky • Roast • Aspic • Tsybulnik • Juska • Different kinds of pancakes and fritters: • Pancakes, • Cheesecakes, • Potato pancakes • Zrazy • Kartoplyaniki • Homemade sausage (baked with meat and lard) • Krovyanka • Cabbage rolls • Gruel - porridge with meat or bacon • Kutya • Lard • Kievs Cutlet

  7. Borsh • Borsch - a kind of soup based on beets, traditional Ukrainian cuisine. There are currently spread among many nations of Eastern and Central Europe. • Most often served with sour cream and bread with lard

  8. Kutya • Kutya - ceremonial dish that is served at the table on the eve of Christmas - Christmas Eve - among other twelve dishes. Mains components corner from ancient times are wheat, poppy seeds, nuts (Greek, almond, hazelnut) and honey. Today the corner also add other ingredients - raisins, chocolate. With the use of corner begins Christmas Eve. On Christmas Eve, before dinner, the hostess puts kutya on holiday table with noggin or a large bowl. Owner bless kutya: three baptizes her spoon and said the family wishes and begins a joint dinner. So we, maybe haven’t ethnic groups, but we have traditions and if you want know them send me messages and I tell you about our traditions)))

  9. Kievs cutlet • And last traditional food for tonight it’s Kiev's cutlet. • Kiev’s cutlet - a kind of burgers, represent batted chicken, which is wrapped in a piece of cold butter. In butter can add grated cheese, mushrooms, herbs, egg yolk, etc.
