  4. Las croquetas • Es de Cuba • Jamón, pollo, carne, o pescado enrolló en harina o puré de patatas • Freío

  5. Los buñuelos • Es de Cuban • Masa de la yuca o malanga • En un fígura de ocho • Freío • Glaseó con anise

  6. Los tamales • Es de Mexico • Masa de maíz • Llenóalgo de la carne y el queso • Envolvó con cáscara de maíz
