IMS Spring Sports Boy’s Spring Sports: Girl’s Spring Sports: Softball (2 teams) (7th and 8th grade team) (7th through 9th grade team) Volleyball (2 teams) (two 7th and 8th grade teams) Track and Field Lacrosse (2 teams) (two 7th and 8th grade teams) • Baseball • Volleyball (2 teams) (7th and 8th grade team) (7th through 9th grade team) • Track and Field • Lacrosse (club sport)

Pre-Participation Requirements • Please visit the athletics website: http://athletics.northallegheny.org/for-athletes/school-physical-information/ • All forms must be sent directly to the athletic office. (no later than one week prior to start of season) • Coaches are not permitted to accept physical exam forms. • Late physicals may result in the student not being able to participate in practice or tryouts. • If you have not had a physical this year you will need to get a physical before the start of your season. • Students participating in multiple sports within the same year will not need to get another physical, They will only need to fill out a Recertification Form.

  5. Impact Testing • North Allegheny Athletic Department mandates that all students participating in athletics complete the UPMC ImPACT Concussion Baseline Testing Program. • Testing is mandatory for every student-athlete entering grade 7th. • Students entering 8th do not need to take an ImPACT test for the 2014school year unless they did not take the test last year or were injured during their previous season

Participation Fees • Students participating in interscholastic or club sports will need to pay a $75 per season participation fee • Participation fees can be paid to the school secretary or online at www.northallegheny.org • Any question about the participation fee please contact the secretary at Ingomar
