  4. WHO WE ARE Parceiros Voluntários (Voluntary Partners) is a non-profit, non-partisan non-governmental organization which stimulates, recruits and qualifies citizen-volunteers to work with the community.

  5. VISION To develop the Culture of Organized Volunteer Work.

  6. MISSION Promote, amplify, and qualify the care for social demands through voluntary work aiming at the improvement of the quality of life in Rio Grande do Sul.

CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS PROGRAM • Establish partnerships with Organizations that have conditions to receive volunteers; • Prepare and qualify Volunteer Coordinators; • Prepare and qualify Managers in accordance with the Total Quality concepts; • Qualification on Leadership Development; • Qualify the organizations for the Development of Cooperative Networks.

PROGRAM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE THIRD SECTOR LEADERSHIPS Qualify the social organization managers with the objective of strengthening the community, by means of the development of competencies and tool management, as well as providing support to the formation of cooperative networks among the participant organizations.

  14. PROGRAM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE THIRD SECTOR LEADERSHIPS The development of this program gave rise to the qualification and strengthening of, at least, 23 (twenty three) Cooperation Networks among the Social Organizations.

  15. In the city of Bento Gonçalves a group of institutions of the community formed the “Rede Nós em Ação” (We in Action Network) Launched by 15 entities, today the Network has 20 associated Civil Society Organizations, including, schools, hospitals, day nurseries, mother’s clubs and other entities that provide health and social work services.

  16. OBJECTIVES FOR THE FORTHCOMING 3 YEARS: To carry out the second phase of the Third Sector leadership development program, whose objective is to mobilize 1.100 Civil Society Organizations. Its main focus will be SUSTENTABILITY.
