  2. Comprehensive Evaluation • Language and Communication • Social Relatedness • Response to the Environment • Learning Style

  3. Receipt of Referral • Diagnostician emails copy of scanned referral to AU Team Leader • AU Team meets to set up Autism Evaluation Team Action Plan

  4. Autism Evaluation Action Plan • Team Leader emails diagnostician recommendation of appropriate evaluations • Diagnostician gathers evaluations from assessment personnel assigned to campus • AU Team will conduct observations

  5. AU Teaming Reviews Results to Answer: • Is there a disability? • Social • Communication • Behavior • Is there an educational need? • What services can be provided?

  6. Share Results Reports will be given to diagnostician: • Psychological Report • Eligibility Report

  7. Full Individual Evaluation • Diagnostician will complete FIE including psychological and eligibility reports • Diagnostician will schedule ARD
