  2. 1 IMPLEMENTAR EL AÑO SABÁTICO UNIDAD MAGISTERIAL El derecho al año sabático será concedido a los docentes colegiados a dedicación exclusiva o tiempo completo a fin de: Perfeccionarse en el área de su especialidad. Realizar trabajos de investigación, en el país o en el extranjero. POR LA UNIDAD, EL CAMBIO Y DIGNIDAD DEL MAGISTERIO

PROMOVER EL TURISMO NACIONAL E INTERNACIONAL 1 UNIDAD MAGISTERIAL Promover la creación de redes turísticos a nivel nacional, que permitan desarrollar sinergia entre empresarios y personas interesadas en implementar el turismo para los maestros lambayecanos. Ejecutar mediante una alianza público-privada el programa de "Desarrollo de rutas aéreas" que permita incrementar las rutas internacionales POR LA UNIDAD, EL CAMBIO Y DIGNIDAD DEL MAGISTERIO

  4. ATENCIÓN MÉDICA INTEGRAL UNIDAD MAGISTERIAL 1 Implementar el Programa de salud integral y prevención de enfermedades a nivel a través de convenios con instituciones de salud públicas y privadas. Desarrollar programas de Educación para la Salud POR LA UNIDAD, EL CAMBIO Y DIGNIDAD DEL MAGISTERIO

  5. AMNISTIA DE CUOTAS PARA SU HABILITACION UNIDAD MAGISTERIAL 1 POR LA UNIDAD, EL CAMBIO Y DIGNIDAD DEL MAGISTERIO

  6. IMPLEMENTACION DE UNA BIBLIOTECA 1 UNIDAD MAGISTERIAL Implementar esta biblioteca especializada y contribuyó a detectar las bases para el desarrollo en un futuro cercano de una Intranet. Concretar alianzas con asociaciones y ONG´s de la región para el Proyecto Biblioteca virtual. POR LA UNIDAD, EL CAMBIO Y DIGNIDAD DEL MAGISTERIO
